Our Children’s Ministry was created for children to enjoy themselves while they learn about God. We teach basic biblical truths and pack the learning process with fun! You won’t find a more dedicated and loving team to provide a wonderful experience for you and your child. Come and check us out this week. Some ministries available to your children:
 In our loving Nursery, children ages 0 to 24 months are cared for by paid and volunteer attendants, who are trained in our safety and security tag numbering system. The Nursery is located on the east side of the Family Worship Center. Nursery care is offered during each service; we also provide a Nursing Mothers’ room and Diaper Changing room.
 Our Pre-School department offers structured Sunday morning classes for 2 & 3-year-olds starting at 8:30 am and again at 11:00 am with a Sunday School hour at 10 am. Sunday nights we offer our Praising Preschooler program for 2 - 4 year-olds. Pre-Schoolers get to enjoy a service of their own.
 Super Church is offered each Sunday morning at 8:30 am and again at 11:00 am. These are two different age appropriate services L.A.M.B.S. Unlimited for children ages four years to Kindergarten and Praise Connection for boys and girls in 1st through 5th grade. Students in Praise Connection are encouraged to take notes and bring their Bible. Fifth graders who attend Sunday School can be helpers in many areas during service.
 Sunday School is an hour packed full of fun and learning with some great teachers for each graded class. We use Bible-based Sunday School Curriculum from Gospel Publishing House (GPH) which gives the teachers the cutting edge to make the class fun and exciting. Take-home pages are given so parents can reinforce what was taught that Sunday.
 Missionettes is offered for all girls in Kindergarten through 5th grade. Boys and girls, ages 3-years-old to pre-K, are in the Rainbows program. This is the start of both programs as children learn about Jesus, the Church, being a helper, and many other subjects. Each year the program grows with them as they achieve merit badges and pins. These badges and pins are awarded for different levels of learning and advancement in both programs.
 Royal Rangers Outpost 52 is a strong outpost of Pen-Florida with advancements and merits awarded in all classes. Ranger Kids is for boys in Kindergarten to 2nd grade and Discovery Rangers is for boys in the 3rd, 4th and 5th grades. Some activities during the year are camping, bowling, and special advancement training classes.
 Junior Bible Quiz is a fast-paced Bible memorizing program that is competitive in nature, but gives the kids a chance to have fun and hide God’s word in their heart. The JBQ season runs from August to March each year. Matches take place on Saturdays with area churches competing.
 Boys and Girls Missionary Crusade (BGMC) is the missions education emphasis for children in the Assemblies of God. It provides resources to help teach kids about missions. Each week the children bring in their Buddy Barrels with change for the missionaries. This money goes to support missionaries in their fields of ministry in America and around the world.
Fast Fact: Among the Assemblies of God Missionaries, 85% were called to be missionaries while they were between the ages of 9 to 13!
 Special Activities are jam packed year round with events for children of every age. All our children’s activities are exciting opportunities to learn God’s Word, share the Gospel, make new friends and have lots of fun! We share God’s Good News at every event-so bring a friend!
 T.E.A.M. T.L.C. is a crucial program for the ongoing training of leadership in the Children’s Department. Ideas are shared about training, safety, new resources and many other items to keep the team strong and up-to date. Our greatest resource is our children. Click the T.E.A.M. T.L.C.
